CBD is legal in Utah under the 2018 Farm Bill and state hemp regulations. No age restriction for hemp-derived CBD. Gold Naturals is proudly based in American Fork, Utah.
California
CBD is legal in California under Assembly Bill 45 (AB 45). Buyers must be 21 or older. All products must be third-party tested and properly labeled.
Texas
CBD is legal in Texas under HB 1325. Products must contain less than 0.3% THC. As of March 2026, new THCA rules and a vape ban may apply.
Florida
CBD is legal in Florida under SB 1020. Products must meet lab testing and display requirements. No age restriction for hemp-derived CBD purchases.
