Yes. In 2018, the U.S. Congress passed the "Farm Bill", which legalizes Hemp and its products in all 50 states.

Although hemp and marijuana are genetically different, they both come from the cannabis plant, known scientifically as Cannabis sativa L. Hemp, in the U.S., is defined as the cannabis plant with trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol or THC.

Hemp usually contains about 0.3% THC while marijuana usually contains 20% or more. This difference is very important because THC is what gives marijuana its psychoactive properties. Hemp doesn't have any of the psychoactive properties of marijuana and provides a better vehicle for targeted relief.

CBD is just one compound that comes from the hemp plant. Hemp contains many compounds, known as cannabinoids and these cannabinoids interact with the endocannabinoid system in your body.

The endocannabinoid system in your body is similar to other systems, like the respiratory system, lymphatic system, circulatory system, etc. The endocannabinoid system has two main receptors, known as CB1 and CB2.

The hemp-derived cannabinoids, including CBD, interact with these receptors that help regulate internal systems in your body.

All of our third-party lab tests can be found under the Certificate of Analysis tab on each shopping page.
