Is hemp Δ9 legal in Oregon?

As of Oct 2026, Oregon (OLCC and ODA rules) requires hemp-derived cannabinoid products to be registered with OLCC before sale to Oregon consumers, including online sales. Products above Oregon's THC limits for hemp items may only be sold by OLCC-licensed marijuana retailers. Federal note: from December 11, 2026, P.L. 119-37 §781 (delayed by P.L. 119-103) limits hemp products to 0.4 mg total THC per container. Our current full-spectrum products contain more than 0.4 mg total THC per container.
