How to use the Sample Pack

How to take a single-dose vial

1. Twist off the cap
2. Drop the full 1ml under your tongue
3. Hold for 60–90 seconds before swallowing
4. Don't eat or drink for 5 minutes after

Why not just buy the Light bottle first?
