Gold Naturals respects your privacy and will delete personal information associated with your account or marketing profile upon verified request, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and order-fulfillment recordkeeping requirements.

How to request deletion

Email findrelief@goldnaturalshemp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number used on GoldNaturalsHemp.com or through our Meta/Facebook advertising forms.

What happens next

We will verify the request, remove or anonymize eligible marketing and customer profile data, and respond when the request has been completed or if additional verification is needed.

Meta and Facebook data

If you submitted information through a Meta or Facebook experience connected to Gold Naturals, include that same email address in your request so we can locate and delete eligible records.
