How is this different from a melatonin gummy?

Melatonin shifts your circadian clock and helps you fall asleep. CBN doesn't move the clock — it's associated with staying asleep, particularly reducing the 2-4am wake-up. We use CBN + Δ9 because the combination addresses both onset and maintenance, without the groggy hangover melatonin can cause.

Will I be drowsy in the morning?

Most users report waking refreshed rather than groggy — this is one of the main differences vs melatonin or diphenhydramine (Benadryl/Z-Quil). Effects of one gummy generally subside within 6–8 hours.

Can I take a Sleep gummy every night?
