The microdose tier is the right pick if:

The active sleep cannabinoid in this gummy is CBN at 10mg. Research from Kolobaric and colleagues (2024) found that CBN combined with CBD outperformed CBN alone for sleep quality, with the combination producing the most consistent reductions in nighttime awakenings. Most "CBN sleep gummies" on the market dose CBN at 2–5mg per gummy; ours dose 10mg — at the entry of the research-supported 10–20mg/night range.

The 2mg Δ9 microdose adds:

Frequently asked questions

Will this gummy get me high?

No. The 2mg Δ9 microdose is well below the psychoactive threshold (typically 2.5–5mg for first-time users). You'll feel the CBN-driven sleep maintenance + a subtle body-warmth from the microdose, not the high of a recreational gummy.

How is this different from the 5mg and 10mg Sleep gummies?

Same sleep cannabinoid (CBN), different supporting THC dose. The microdose at 2mg Δ9 is the gentlest — non-impairing, no "feel" of Δ9. The 5mg Utah variant adds noticeable body relaxation. The 10mg standard variant is the most sedating. Pick based on how much Δ9 effect you want, not whether the CBN works (CBN drives the sleep effect across all three).

Why include 2mg Δ9 in a microdose gummy at all? Why not zero?

Two reasons. First, 2mg Δ9 adds a subtle synergy with CBN that pure CBD-only formulations don't replicate — the microdose entourage effect. Second, full-spectrum hemp extract naturally contains trace cannabinoids; eliminating Δ9 entirely requires CBD isolate (which has different stability and absorption properties than full-spectrum). Keeping the Δ9 at intentional microdose levels delivers a better product experience than stripping the hemp down.

Will this show up on a drug test?

How does this compare to a melatonin sleep gummy?

CBN doesn't shift your circadian rhythm the way melatonin does — you don't need to take it every night to keep it working, and you don't get the morning grogginess. The 2mg Δ9 microdose is gentle enough not to interfere with normal sleep architecture. Most customers find this is a meaningfully better experience than melatonin once they've used it for a few nights.

Can I take this every night?

You can, but you usually don't need to. CBN works well as an as-needed tool for travel, stress weeks, or stretches of poor sleep. Using it as needed (rather than nightly) preserves effectiveness.
