The Gold Naturals M+J Microdose Gummy (Blood Orange) is the gentlest member of our Muscle + Joint gummy line. Each gummy contains an intentional 2mg Δ9 microdose alongside 17mg CBG, 50mg CBD, and trace CBN — the recovery cannabinoids dosed at meaningful levels, with Δ9 kept at microdose territory for a subtle addition rather than the body-forward effect of our 5mg or 10mg variants. How CBG drives the recovery effect (Δ9 is the supporting cast)

The active recovery cannabinoid is CBG at 17mg. Human research on CBG is early: the one placebo-controlled human CBG trial used a single 20 mg dose, found no evidence of impairment, and wasn't a pain study (Cuttler et al., 2024, Scientific Reports). What CBG research shows → Most over-the-counter "CBG products" dose CBG at 5–10mg per serving; ours dose 17mg.

Frequently asked questions

Will this gummy get me high? No. The 2mg Δ9 microdose is well below the psychoactive threshold (typically 2.5–5mg for first-time users). You'll feel CBG's recovery effect plus a subtle body-warmth from the microdose, not the high of a recreational gummy.

How is this different from the 5mg and 10mg M+J gummies? Same recovery cannabinoid (CBG), different supporting THC dose. The 2mg Δ9 microdose is our gentlest option. The 5mg variant adds noticeable body relaxation alongside the recovery effect. The 10mg standard variant is the most pronounced. CBG drives the recovery effect across all three; pick the THC level you want layered on top.

Will this work for chronic pain? For ongoing joint stiffness, CBG works best with consistent daily use; most customers give it 1–2 weeks. The microdose tier is the right pick if you want to take a daily recovery gummy without any cognitive interference. For more acute pain, the 5mg or 10mg M+J variants give a stronger immediate body-relaxation effect.

Will this show up on a drug test? Yes, with regular use. Even at 2mg Δ9 per gummy, daily consumption accumulates enough THC metabolites to trigger standard drug screens. Can I take this with ibuprofen or other NSAIDs? There's no known interaction at the doses in our gummies, but consult your doctor — especially if you're on daily NSAIDs for a chronic condition. Many customers find they need less ibuprofen when consistent with daily CBG.

Why is the flavor Blood Orange? The Blood Orange flavor visually distinguishes this microdose product from the Δ9 + CBG Orange Raspberry gummy (5mg and 10mg variants) so customers don't confuse them. Same recovery use case, different THC dose.
