Shipping Policy

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm MST will be processed the next business day. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Selecting expedited shipping will not decrease the order processing time.

Gold Naturals may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Certain Gold Naturals products may not be available in your region. If a Gold Naturals product is not available, you will not be able to submit your order at checkout. For shipments within the United States and its territories, you should expect your order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please contact us at findrelief@goldnaturalshemp.com with any questions about your shipment.

You are responsible for checking your order for damage upon receiving it. All claims for damaged products must be submitted to findrelief@goldnaturalshemp.com within 48 hours.
