Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (first-time customers). We proudly offer new customers a 30-day, risk-free guarantee. If your product doesn't work for you, request a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund.

Terms & Conditions: Limited to first-time customers. Valid for one product per household — if multiple products were ordered, additional items must be returned unopened to qualify for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can only process returns for items purchased on goldnaturalshemp.com; if your product was purchased at a retail location, please work with that retailer directly.

General Returns. Any unopened product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Gold Naturals will review returned items for eligibility and process approved refunds within 14 days of receipt.

U.S. Domestic Sales Only. Gold Naturals sells and ships within the United States and its territories only. We do not ship or accept returns internationally.
